Just look at those two dedicated students! They are learning about the Punic Wars. See them study. See them learn all about Rome and Carthage and Hannibal and Scipio. How did Scipio get Hannibal and his elephants out of Rome? Inquiring minds wanted to know. And now, they do.
School is progressing nicely. Both girls are usually somewhere between enthusiastic and cooperative. We spend about three hours each day on school unless we do a special project beyond our usual math, reading, and history studies. Yesterday, we built simple electrical circuits, and now the girls have night-light in their room that they built themselves. They are pretty proud of that.
We are having a fine time, and we hope you are all well, too. Tomorrow, Hawaii and Jessica.
Blessings, Linda
What a great way to spend a day!
We are making biome posters now, but I’m thinking we would rather be making nightlights on a cruise ship!
We posted your itinerary on our board so we can see where you are every day. Today you are in Figi. How was Samoa? Are they alike?
We love you, third graders! We are glad that you are following our journey, and we will see you in May.
